If you have a new student that needs to be enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year from out of the area, a private school, or a CUSD school that is out of the Clovis East boundaries, please email Mrs. Claudia Dickie ClaudiaDickie@cusd.com for further assistance.

1. Schedule an Appointment with Registrar Claudia Dickie

   • Contact Claudia Dickie to set up an appointment for registration. 559-327-4001

   • Ensure to confirm the date and time of your appointment.

2. Prepare Required Documents

   • Gather all necessary paperwork before your appointment.(Click Here to see what Documents to Bring)

3. Meet with Your Counselor to Register for Classes

   • Once you've met with the Registrar, proceed to meet with your assigned counselor.

   • During this meeting, you'll discuss your class options and complete your registration.

4. Take a Campus Tour

   • After your registration, take a campus tour with one of the Clovis East students.

   • Get familiar with the campus layout and facilities.

5. Visit the Activities Office for Student ID

   • Head to the Activities Office to obtain your student ID.

   • Be sure to dress according to the dress code when getting your student ID
