Senior Information

Hello, Class of 2026! Your class advisors this year are Mrs. Thiessen and Mrs. McBrien (Ramos). Please contact them to find out ways to get involved with your class events. Don’t let this year pass you by without making the most of it.
 
2026 Graduation - May 27, 2026 at Lamonica Stadium @7:30 pm
*No tickets required. Gates open at 6 pm and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis
 
Senior Meetings 
The first senior meeting will be held on Monday, October 27th during Gov/Econ classes. If students do not have a gov/econ class on the Clovis East campus, they should attend this meeting during another period of the day. Students will be provided with a copy of the Senior Handbook, multiple flyers, and a packet from Graduate Services, our vendor for the cap & gown and other graduation accessories. Students will be given information regarding expectations, attendance, senior dates and deadlines, and graduation. If they are absent, they can pick up the handouts in the Activities Office. The information shared with students will also be available via the links below after the meeting. 

Senior Class Photo
The senior class photo will be held on Wednesday, October 29th at 11:45. Students should wear their Pack Pride shirts, be in dress code, and have their current student ID. Students will not be photoshopped into this photo if they miss it. 

Senior Parent Meeting
Our senior parent meeting will be held on February 10th at 5:30 pm in the Library Lecture Hall (LLH). Info regarding senior expectations, senior activities, and graduation will be given. The meeting presentation will be available HERE in case you are unable to attend or need it for reference.
 
Senior Handbook
The Senior Handbook is designed to provide information regarding end-of-the-year activities. The event descriptions are provided for seniors and their parents/guardians to give in-depth information regarding important senior activities. A physical copy of the Senior Handbook will be provided to all seniors at the first senior meeting on October 27th. A digital copy will also be available below in October.  
 
Cap & Gown Information
Graduate Services is our vendor for the cap & gown and other graduation accessories such as class rings, apparel, announcements, and photo albums. Seniors will receive a packet of information including catalogs, price lists, order forms, and deadline information at the first senior meeting on October 27th. Additional information can be found and orders placed on the Graduate Services website at GradServicesLTD website. The only item seniors are required to have to participate in the graduation ceremony is the Cap & Gown Unit, which includes the cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover. All items ordered are kept by the student. The deadline to order the cap & gown unit is Thursday, January 8th.
