Dance Information
Clovis East High School hosts several school dances each year. Each student has a signed Dance Contract on file with the school, which parents/guardians signed during Annual Re-Enrollment or initial enrollment at Clovis East. A copy of the Dance Contract is linked below. Students who wish to attend a dance must be in good standing as detailed in the Dance Contract. All students must have their current ID card to purchase tickets and enter the dance. Students may also use their digital ID from Student Connect. Only LIVE digital ID cards will be accepted. Screenshots are not valid. Please be aware that login and network connection issues may occur and will not excuse the need to provide a live digital ID card. It is best practice to keep a physical ID card on hand for entry to school events.
Students that wish to bring a guest must complete the Guest Pass prior to purchasing dance tickets. Guests must be at least in 9th grade and under the age of 21 at the time of the dance. For guests who have not graduated high school, their school administrator must sign the guest pass. Guests must comply with the Clovis USD dress code. Students may only bring one guest. Guests must have a photo ID to enter the dance.
Payments accepted include cash, card, and mobile/tap payments. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, for any reason, including if the student or guest incurs disciplinary action.
