Clovis East High School

Clovis East High School hosts several school dances each year. Each student has a signed Dance Contract on file with the school, which parents/guardians signed during Annual Re-Enrollment or initial enrollment at Clovis East. A copy of the Dance Contract is linked below. Students who wish to attend a dance must be in good standing as detailed in the Dance Contract. All students must have their current ID card to purchase tickets and enter the dance. Students may also use their digital ID from Student Connect. Only LIVE digital ID cards will be accepted. Screenshots are not valid. Please be aware that login and network connection issues may occur and will not excuse the need to provide a live digital ID card. It is best practice to keep a physical ID card on hand for entry to school events.

Students that wish to bring a guest must complete the Guest Pass prior to purchasing dance tickets. Guests must be at least in 9^th grade and under the age of 21 at the time of the dance. For guests who have not graduated high school, their school administrator must sign the guest pass. Guests must comply with the Clovis USD dress code. Students may only bring one guest. Guests must have a photo ID to enter the dance.

Payments accepted include cash, card, and mobile/tap payments. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, for any reason, including if the student or guest incurs disciplinary action.

WELCOME BACK/HOMECOMING DANCE – SEPTEMBER 26^TH
The Welcome Back/Homecoming Dance will be held on Friday, September 26^th, 2025, from 7-10pm in the East Gym. Details on theme, dress code, and ticket cost will be available at the end of August.

WINTER FORMAL – DECEMBER 13^TH
The Class of 2028 is hosting Winter Formal on Saturday, December 13^th, 2025, from 7-10pm in the East Gym. Tickets will be sold from the Main Office Ticket Windows before school, at lunch, and after school December 1^st -12^th. Details on theme and ticket cost will be available in November. JUNIOR/SENIOR PROM – MAY 2^ND
The Junior Class of 2027 will host Prom on Saturday, May 2^nd, 2026, from 7-10pm at Wolf Lakes Park. This dance is open to eligible 11^th and 12^th grade students. 9^th and 10^th grade students may attend as the guest of an upperclassman. Tickets will be sold from the Main Office Ticket Windows before school, at lunch, and after school April 13^th – 24^th. Tickets will not be sold after April 24^th.
