ID Cards & Bus Passes
Student ID Cards
All students must have a current student ID card with them during the school day and school-sponsored events.
Students must take their school picture during the first week of school to receive their ID card. The student ID card is given to students during the 3rd week of school. If a student loses their physical ID card, a replacement may be purchased for $10 in the Activities Office before school, during lunch, or after school.
Starting in the 2025-26 school year, students may also use their digital ID from Student Connect. Only LIVE digital ID cards will be accepted. Screenshots are not valid. Please be aware that login and network connection issues may occur and will not excuse the need to provide a live digital ID card. It is best practice to keep a physical ID card on hand for entry to school events.
Off-Campus Stickers
Any student that takes classes off-campus must have the appropriate off-campus sticker on their ID card.
- CART students will receive a sticker from their CART teacher after the 3rd week of school.
- CTE/ROP students can collect their sticker from the Yosemite Office (located in the 700s).
- Seniors must complete a permission slip signed by their parent/guardian and return it to the Activities Office to have a sticker placed on their physical ID card and added to their digital ID card.
Bus Passes
Bus Passes are managed by the Clovis USD Transportation Office. Please visit their website or call them at (559) 327-9701.
