Parking Permit Information

Students who wish to park on campus must have a valid parking permit displayed. In order to receive a parking permit, vehicle information must be submitted to school through Parent Connect, a $10 parking permit fee paid, and the student’s driver’s license verified by staff. Parking permits are valid until the last day of school in an academic year. Clovis East accepts the parking permit of our district sister schools for students who attend classes on multiple sites. For assistance with parking permits, please contact the Activities Office at 559.327.4318.

Vehicle information is gathered during the Annual Re-Enrollment Process. If the parent/guardian has not already provided that information, here are the steps to do so:

  1. Login to ParentConnect.
  2. Click on Annual information update in the upper right corner.
  3. Click the student you want to add vehicles to.
  4. On the left, click on “Reagan Educational Center Downloads”. If you are on a mobile device, tap on the yellow banner to select.
  5. If you have not already acknowledged the rules, download, and acknowledge the rules. You may need to enter your student’s driver’s license ID if you have not previously done so.
  6. Click “Add” to add new vehicles. Enter year, make, model, color, and license plate of the vehicle. Repeat for each vehicle the student may drive to campus.
  7. Click the check at the bottom.
  8. Click the submit button at the top.

Once these steps are completed, the student may come into the Activities Office with their driver’s license and fee payment of $10 to receive their parking permit. The parking permit fee may also be paid online at the CUSD RevTrak webstore.

Please note that students are only allowed to park in the Student Parking Lot on the east side of campus. Students are not allowed to park in staff parking lots, including the ag, softball/track, or pool lots. Please see the map below for details.

If a student receives a parking citation, the payment process is listed on the citation. For questions on tickets or to dispute, please reach out to one of our Campus Resource Officers at 559.327.4064 or in their office in the Library next to the Lecture Hall.
